How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days within the United States.
In rare cases (such as high seasonal demand or carrier delays), delivery may take a little longer. If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Every order comes with a tracking number, which you’ll receive by email once your package ships.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our trusted fulfillment partners to ensure reliable delivery and quality control.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
⚠️ Please note: refunds/replacements only apply to products that arrive damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues. Items that are broken due to misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear & tear are not eligible.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be processing.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways, and your card details are never stored.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
